Maharaja Jai Singh during his London visit was walking in casual dress. Saw a Rolls Royce showroom and went inside to inquire the features of cars. Salesman thought he was a poor Indian. Insulted him and showed him the way out. After this insult, Maharaja purchased all their cars. After reaching India, he ordered municipal department to use all those Rolls Royce cars for cleaning and transporting city’s waste. Later, Rolls Royce apologised to Maharaja.
